Iowa has plenty of unique restaurants that are worth visiting. But this might be the first restaurant I've heard of that can say it has 69 different owners!

From here in Eastern Iowa, it will take you just over 2 and a half hours to reach this unique Iowa eatery in the small town of Pomeroy. A little rural diner called The Co-Op Bar and Grill sits unassuming along South East Street. But on the inside, Only in Your State reports there are big serving sizes at affordable prices!

The Co-Op Bar and Grill might be the only diner cooperative in the state of Iowa. Only in Your State reports that the 69 owners of the restaurant wanted to put together a laid-back and likable restaurant with constantly changing special dishes. They have done just that. The lunch menu focuses on sandwiches and wraps while dinner has plenty of country-style plates to choose from!

The Co-Op Bar and Grill doesn't have a website and keeps a fairly low profile. You can follow them on their Facebook page. They post daily specials including this one featuring meatball casserole bites on garlic toast!

We told you the food was great, and the prices at The Co-Op Bar and Grill are reasonable too! Check out their menu!

If you're on a road trip out west, make sure and stop by the restaurant owned by 69 different owners, the Co-Op Bar and Grill!
