Last summer, Airbnb put out an article highlighting "the most wishlisted homes across the 50 states." According to that article, the property in Iowa that people have their eye on is a small guest house with an awesome outdoor oasis. The listing is titled: Cute West Des Moines Guest House.

The Cute West Des Moines Guest House Airbnb can host up to five guests, and features two bedrooms and one bathroom. But, if you're staying there during the summer months, you won't be spending much time inside. The main draw of this particular Airbnb is the amazing outdoor patio, complete with an in-ground pool, hot tub, fire tables, and more. There's also a large, fenced-in yard, so you can bring your dog!

The guest house includes a private entrance and a gated drive-way, as well as a small kitchen and bar area that you will have access to. It even features a garage door that opens up to the patio! But, you will have to share the outdoor patio, pool, and hot tub if there are other guests staying in the main house at the time of your booking.

And, speaking of the main house... if the Cute West Des Moines Guest House isn't big enough for you, you can rent that out, too! It's a separate Airbnb listing called 'West Des Moines Modern Mansion.' The space is massive, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus access to all the outdoor amenities. The West Des Moines Modern Mansion can host up to 12 guests and has a rating of 4.64 out of 5 stars.
